To update your name from maiden to married for your COL account, kindly print and fill out the attached Account Update Form


Please take note of the following:


  • Fill out the form completely and affix a wet ink signature
  • For Joint accounts – both signatories should sign regardless of who will update
  • Attach clear photocopy of ID and marriage certificate - signature must be consistent on form and ID

The Account Update form and clear copy of your supporting documents can be sent to us via email at helpdesk@colfinancial.com

 

Once processed, checks for withdrawal requests will be issued to the updated account name. Check payments will be made out to the registered owner(s) of the COL account, so please make sure your account name matches your bank account name. Banks may reject deposits if they find inconsistencies with listed names, forcing us to release withdrawals through Check Pick Up at our Business Center.

The account update request will be subject to verification and may take at least a week to process.
