If your account got blocked due to numerous failed attempts to log in, you can contact COL's helpdesk at Facebook MessengerCOL Contact Us page (click the chat icon on the lower right of this page) or  email us at helpdesk@colfinancial.com to request for your account to be unblocked.


Kindly also make sure of the following:


1. Check if your Caps Lock is turned ON as your password is case sensitive.

2. If you have not changed your password in the last 2 months, your password has most likely expired. You can see this link for a guide on how to reset.

3. Check that your COL account number is correct on the User ID fields. If you have forgotten your User ID, please see this link.


If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset your password via 'Forgot Password?' to login. Resetting your password will also unblock your account. You may view this link for a guide.
