You can reset your password via the process below:
STEP 1: Go to COL Financial's website then click on the FORGOT PASSWORD? link on the upper right side of the landing page.
STEP 2: Fill up all the necessary fields. After typing in your username (User ID/COL account number) and birthday, you will be asked to complete the captcha verification. Then press SUBMIT
STEP 3: A temporary password will then be sent to your registered email address with COL Financial. Please check both your inbox and spam folders for the email. You can copy and paste the password to login.
Once you are able to log in, it is strongly recommended that you change your password to something more personal for security reasons and to enhance recall. For instructions on how to change your password, you can click here.
