You can confirm your COL registered bank account in two (2) ways:
OPTION 1: Click the HOME tab, then CHANGE PROFILE link
OPTION 2: Click the TRADE tab, then PORTFOLIO, then WITHDRAWAL REQUEST link
On the Online Withdrawal Facility under the WITHDRAWAL REQUEST link, you can confirm your COL registered bank account details. Just click the VIEW BANK DETAILS.
Your bank details will be displayed here. If this is where you wish to have your withdrawn funds be deposited to, click CONFIRM then SUBMIT.
If you wish to change/update your bank details click UPDATE then SUBMIT. It will lead you to instructions on how to update your bank details. You may also update it in your CHANGE PROFILE page - for detailed instructions click here.
Important note: Changing/Updating your bank details will require 2 to 3 business days to process and would require a signed bank update form. Please adjust your withdrawal request accordingly.
