Your bank details are important for your withdrawal requests. When making a withdrawal request, COL Financial prepares a check under the COL account holder's name. You may choose to pick up the check at our business center (Pasig, Metro Manila) or have the check deposited to your bank account.

If you choose the bank deposit option, COL Financial will only credit your withdrawal check to the bank account registered for your COL account. Please note that the bank account must be under the same name as the COL account and must be able to receive check deposits.

To change your bank details log into your COL account and follow these steps:

STEP 1: Click the HOME tab

STEP 2: Click the CHANGE PROFILE link on the sub menu

STEP 3: Click the EDIT button beside the BANK DETAILS portion

STEP 4: Input your new bank details on the fields provided. Review the details to make sure everything is correct.

STEP 5: Click the SUBMIT AND PRINT button

Note:

  • The bank code is usually the abbreviation or shortcut of the bank’s name for our easy identification. Once you have selected the bank name from the drop down list then the bank code will automatically be filled out.

  • The bank address field has three boxes allocated for it. All three boxes need to be filled up in order for the request to go through. Kindly divide the address up to fill all three boxes.

STEP 6: Print the form

STEP 7: Sign on the Signature portion

Note: For Joint Or accounts, only one (1) signature is needed.

STEP 8: Email the signed form to our Operations Department

Email Address: stockcerts@colfinancial.com

Important Note: Kindly send your Bank Update request 2 to 3 business days before your withdrawal request to allow us to update your bank before processing your withdrawal. Additional verification process may also be done to complete your bank update request.
