Instructions on How to Update your COL Account

Step 1: Go to my.colfinancial.com 
Step 2: Update the fields needed
Step 3: Upload a copy of one (1) valid government issued ID (front and back)

Step 4: Click the SUBMIT button

  • If you are updating your name from Maiden to Married name (or vice versa) click here.
