Starting August 24, 2023, the Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (SCCP) will be implementing a shortened settlement cycle for buy and sell transactions, shifting from Transaction Date plus 3 working days (T+3) to Transaction Date plus 2 working days (T+2).
Under this new system, trades executed on a specific trading day will now be settled within just two (2) trading days after the transaction date.
