If the PSE EASy reference number is incorrect, please wait for the next banner schedule for the PSE EASy reference number to be updated to your most recent subscription. To know when the next banner schedule will be seen - click here
Important note: Every modification and cancellation of your PSE EASy subscription will result to a new PSE EASy reference number. If you have paid for the incorrect reference number, a refund will be issued to you.
Here are various ways to check that the reference number in your COL payment banner is correct:
- PSE EASy will send you an email for the payment details with your PSE EASy / IPO reference number
- PSE EASy will also have it in your active subscription in your website
