1. After creating your EIP schedule, you will receive an EIP Reminder email a day or two before your buying schedule.
2. On your buying scheduled date, log in to your COL account and your EIP advisory Notice will already appear.
3. Click on the BUY NOW link to start the buying process. NOTE: The BUY NOW link is only functional during trading hours. . Currently, Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 1:00 PM (excluding holidays)
4. An Order Entry form will appear. The EIP facility will automatically fill in all the details for you. NOTE: Check the number of shares indicated. If the value is 0, that means your allocated cash value is not sufficient to buy the minimum number of shares needed.
5. Click the PREVIEW ORDER button to proceed.
6. Review the buying details to make sure this is correct. When done, type in your PASSWORD and then click the PLACE BUY ORDER button. To review the record of your transaction, click the TRADING HISTORY link on top of your order confirmation screen.
7. Click the SHOW ORDERS button to see the status of your order:
ORDER ACCEPTED - your order has been accepted by the COL system
POSTED - your order is now posted at the PSE
PARTIAL EXECUTED - only a portion of your order was matched
EXECUTED - your order was fully matched
