If your browser failed to record your video, this means that COL sign-up page is blocked from accessing your camera. The site will need to be able to access your camera in order to record. To continue, you will need to change the settings of your browser to allow the access of your camera. Once done, refresh the page to record a video of yourself. Please make sure to focus the camera on your face and remove your glasses or face mask.


If using a laptop or desktop computer, you can click on the lock icon in your address bar beside the website address to manually unblock the site from accessing your camera.

If using a phone, please check your browser settings to manually unblock the camera from your browser.
