I am receiving an "invalid file" error when uploading my IDs to my application. What do I do? Print

The online application system will only accept image files in JPEG/JPG and PNG format. PDF and DOC/DOCX files will need to be converted to JPEG or PNG first before they can be uploaded.

For those using iPhones, please note that iPhones usually save photos to your gallery in HEIC format. If you are using an iPhone and cannot upload your images, kindly convert your file to JPEG or PNG first and then upload again.

Please also note that each file must be less than 4MB in size.
