To streamline our funding and withdrawal processes, we will be observing the following cut-off times:
Effective immediately on October 27, 2020 (Tuesday):
- Deposits received before 8:00 AM will be credited before trading starts at 9:30 AM
- Deposits received after 8:00 AM will be credited starting 11:00 AM onward
- Deposits made during weekends and public holidays will be credited before 9:30 AM of the next business day
Note: Crediting of funds made through GCash and MAYA will still be made on the next business day.
Effective on Nov. 3, 2020 (Tuesday):
- The withdrawal request cut-off for same-day processing will now be at 7:00 AM during business days
