A Name-on Central Depository (NOCD) sub-account is needed to trade REITs. For COL to create one for you, you would need to log into your COL account and click the CONSENT TO TRADE REITs banner found in your home page.
Once you have agreed to the creation of the NOCD sub-account, COL will enable your account to trade REITs. Kindly also update your TIN/SSS numbers in your COL account Change Profile page for REITs trading.
