If you are receiving an error message stating that your PSE EASy account and your COL account have mismatch data, then you would need to check the following information in your PSE EASy and COL account.


1. Name

Complete name should be consistent with your COL and PSE EASy account. Kindly check if you have indicated your Second Name or Suffix. You can edit your PSE EASy account to reflect the same name as your COL account. 


2. Email Address

Email address should be the same with your COL and PSE EASy account. If not the same, you can edit your registered COL email address in your CHANGE PROFILE page to make it consistent with your PSE EASy account. Input your PSE EASy reference number again. 


3. TIN

TIN numbers should have 9 digits and 3 zeros at the end. Should you edit your TIN number in your PSE EASy account, kindly wait for a new PSE EASy reference number that will be sent to you for you to input in your COL CHANGE PROFILE page.


4. Birth date

Birth date for both COL and PSE EASy account should be the same. You can edit your PSE EASy account to the correct birth date and input your PSE EASy reference number again. 


Once you have corrected these and an error message will not appear anymore, kindly wait for 1-2 days for us to validate your PSE EASy account.
