COL's NOCD consent form can be found in the HOME tab of your COL account under the CONSENT TO TRADE REITs banner.
Once you click the banner, the NoCD form would come out and it looks like this:
This form will not appear anymore if you have previously clicked on the I AGREE & CONTINUE button. If you do not see this form and get the confirmation message below, this means that you have previously agreed to the NOCD consent already.
