You will receive feedback on your online application via email, within 3 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) after submission of the online application.
If all your requirements are complete, we'll send your COL account number via email, together with the funding instructions. You will then need to make an initial deposit of at least Php 1,000 to activate the account.
You will be sent your password via email, 1-2 business days after your initial deposit.
