A COL reference number is an 8-digit number that was assigned to you upon completion of your COL account application. The COL reference number is also called your COL Account Number and COL User ID.
The COL reference number can be used in 2 ways:
1. To log into your COL account.
2. To fund your COL account.
Below is an example of how you will use your COL reference number for fund your COL account.
BDO Bills Payment Slip:
When doing bills payment with COL's partner banks, they would ask for the Company/Biller Name, your Subscriber/Reference Number and Subscriber Name. Kindly put your 8-digit COL reference number into the Subscriber/Reference number portion. This would enable us to credit your funds to the proper COL account.
