An Individual account only has one (1) account holder. All checks, certificates and certificates will named under one (1) account holder. A Joint Or account is owned by both account holders. A Joint Or account has the following characteristics:
- All withdrawn funds would be issued via check - payable to both account holders
- Bank accounts registered should also be a Joint Or bank account to avoid check deposit problems
- All certificates and certifications would be issued to both account holders
- Account holders cannot take out the other account holder from a Joint account
