We require a face-to-face video call as part of our verification process for those who have not visited our offices personally. The call can be done via Skype, Viber or IMO and will not take more than 5 minutes of your time.
Our sales officers will coordinate with you for the time and date for the video call. They have a system that will ask you to choose a date and time that is convenient for you to have the call, as well as input your chosen video call app and your User ID on the app.
