With the new online application, opening a COL account is faster and more convenient.
1ST STEP: Filling out the online application
This would take as fast as 10 minutes to accomplish. Just have your email and mobile phone ready for the verification process. And prepare your Tax Identification Number (TIN) and your Bank details on hand.
2ND STEP: Uploading the requirements needed
Take a picture of the following and upload it. Each file should be not more than 4MB in file size.
- Take a piece of clean paper and sign 3 times. Put your ID beside it and take a picture. Click here for a sample.
- Take a picture of the back portion of your ID
- Take a selfie
Uploading is fast and easy. You can use the pictures in your gallery or take a picture using the online application.
3RD STEP: Funding your COL account
A sales officer will review your online application and feedback will be sent to you via email 3 business days after submission. If there are deficiencies, our sales team will inform you via email. If everything is complete, COL Financial will send you your COL 8 digit reference number. This number will be used for your funding.
Fund through your online banking account or to any branch of COL's partner banks. Once funded, your COL password or login details will be sent to you via email within 1-2 business days. You can now start using your COL account to invest in stocks and mutual funds.
