If you are in the process of filling out the online application and have not submitted your application yet, please check your email for the link that was sent after you verified your email and phone number. You can click that link to continue your application and edit it. The subject of the email should be either "Verified" or "COL Application: Sign up link". The link to click in the email is "continue my application". Kindly check your spam and other email folders (like promotions or socials for gmail) if the email is not in your inbox.
If you have already submitted your online application, kindly contact COL's helpdesk at Facebook Messenger, COL Contact Us page (click the chat icon on the lower right of this page) or email us at helpdesk@colfinancial.com. We will then check the status of your application to guide you further on how to edit your data in your application.
