1. You may have taken too long to upload the file and the session expired. Please go to your email and click on the link provided to continue your application. Make sure to have the files ready for upload so that when you reach the portion for uploading your ID, you can attach the file immediately.
2. Your file may be too large. Please try to limit the file size to 4MB only.
3. Please make sure you are uploading a [photo] file, like a PNG or JPEG file
