You can edit or cancel your withdrawal request if the status is under RECEIVED and your funds have not yet been earmarked for the withdrawal process. Once we have processed your request, it cannot be modified or cancelled anymore.
To edit or cancel your withdrawal request below are the instructions:
STEP 1: Log into your COL account
STEP 2: Click on the TRADE tab
STEP 3: Click on the PORTFOLIO link
STEP 4: Click WITHDRAWAL STATUS
To edit, click the EDIT ICON
To cancel, click the DELETE ICON
