If you have chosen to pick-up a check in COL's Business Center in Pasig City, checks are available at our cashier starting at 3:00pm on your due date.
To know your withdrawal request due date, go to the WITHDRAWAL STATUS page by:
STEP 1: Log into your COL account
STEP 2: Click on the TRADE tab
STEP 3: Click on the PORTFOLIO link
STEP 4: Click WITHDRAWAL STATUS
Due dates are specified here. Checks will be available starting 3:00pm on the due date. You may also pick-up the check beyond the due date during COL's Business Center's business hours. Our business hours are from 9:00am to 4:00pm Mondays thru Fridays (excluding holidays).
