Any funds committed to a withdrawal request should not be used. Should the committed funds be used, your pending withdrawal request will be rejected.
Example: You have P10,000 withdrawable cash and you have requested to withdraw P3,000
You may use the remaining P7,000 for your investing needs.
However, if you have used the funds that you have a pending withdrawal request on. Your withdrawal request will automatically be rejected.
Example: You have P10,000 withdrawable cash and you have requested to withdraw P3,000
You used P8,000 of your funds for an investment (stock or mutual fund purchase). Your buying order will push through but your withdrawal request for P3,000 will automatically be rejected.
With the Online Withdrawal Facility, we have an additional feature in which we will earmark the funds you have requested for a withdrawal. This feature will assist customers in knowing how much funds they can still use for their investments without affecting a pending withdrawal request. The earmark will happen during at the following periods:
- 7:00am of the withdrawal due date
For clients who have submitted a withdrawal request before the 7:00am cut off period of their due date
