A company may file for delisting for numerous reasons. Some that we have encountered are:
- Company was bought by a new owner
- The company intends to become a private company
- Company's public investor ownership falls below 10% of its total outstanding shares
- The company intends to restructure the company's equity
- Company was penalized by the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE)
