ASK Price is the lowest price a seller of a security is willing to take for a unit of a security at a particular time. This is also sometimes referred to as "offer price". These are the prices under the ASK Column in red color.
Example:
The lowest seller is willing to sell 28,500 shares of the stock at the price of 38.90 per share. There are currently 12 sellers willing to sell at the same price of 38.90 with a total of 28,500 shares.
