To retrieve your COL account number via chat:
STEP 1: Send us a private message at our Facebook Messenger
STEP 2: We will ask a few security questions before we will release your COL account number
To retrieve your COL account number via email:
STEP 1: Email helpdesk@colfinancial.com for assistance using your registered email address with COL Financial
STEP 2: COL Financial will then send security verification questions
STEP 3: Email us the correct answers and COL Financial will then send your COL account number to your registered email address
Note: Only the COL account holder/s can request for their COL account number. We may also conduct additional verification steps if needed.
