COL accounts have 3 different types: COL Starter, COL Plus and COL Premium.
To know which account type you currently have, you can login into your COL account. Under the HOME tab > My Settings. You will be able to change your data display type to Real-Time Streaming if your account type is already COL Plus or COL Premium.
If the option for Real-Time Streaming does not appear then your account type is a COL Starter account.
For COL Premium, a dedicated Client Experience Manager (CEM) is available for you. You can find their details when you click on the NEED HELP link once you have logged into your COL account.
If you qualify for a higher COL account type. Kindly email us at helpdesk@colfinancial.com or message us at http://facebook.com/COLfinancial to make a request to upgrade your account type.
To qualify for an upgrade the minimum equity needed are:
- Php25,000 and above - COL Plus
- Php1,000,000 and above - COL Premium
