Through the Online Withdrawal Facility, you can check the status of your withdrawal request by:


STEP 1: Log into your COL account

STEP 2: Click on the TRADE tab

STEP 3: Click on the PORTFOLIO link

STEP 4: Click WITHDRAWAL STATUS


Here you will find the details of your withdrawal request.


Below are the different status that you may find:


Important note: 

  • You can only edit or cancel your request when the status is RECEIVED. 
  • For REJECTED status, you may input a new withdrawal request again should you wish to continue with your withdrawal.
